Chris has worked in the real estate industry for 14 years, with CB Richard Ellis (Tenant & Landlord Representation and Investment Sales) and at J Street Development, where he worked in Acquisitions. As a lifelong Washingtonian, Chris is knowledgeable about the District’s neighborhoods as he has lived and worked in many of them. Chris specializes in purchase, refinance, construction-to-perm loans, and end-financing for development projects across the city. Chris and his family live in the Petworth neighborhood of DC.

Chris has built his clientele through referrals from the extensive roster of gratified customers he has served in multiple real estate disciplines. He expresses his commitment to borrowers as, “It is my goal to help my clients achieve their real estate objectives without the stress or obstacles often associated with the financing process.”
